To design and fulfill memorable, mid-sized events, by providing superior customer service to our clients and their guests at an affordable rate.

Our Team

Welcome, and thank you for visiting our site! My name is Lorena and I am the Owner/Founder of Orca Event Venue bringing over a decade of business leadership to my role. My expertise includes planning, coordinating, and client relations. With a passion for helping others celebrate milestones and empowering women, Orca Event Venue was created. I am proud to manage a strong team of seven staff members including Event Hosts, Event Coordinators, and Bartenders. Our packages also consist of services/products from ten local vendors with whom we enjoy partnering. I look forward to meeting you soon!

Our Four-Step Process

Book your event

Select the date you would like to book your event for, submit your $300 non-refundable deposit, and sign the Client Contract. Contact management at 915-312-9268 to do so electronically.

Select your package

Choose the package that best fits your vision and needs, sign our monthly Payment Agreement and submit payments on time.

Design Appointment

Our team will schedule a design appointment with you to finalize details such as the color scheme, itinerary, and placement of items.

Day of your event

Event Hosts receive package and design appointment details to execute the client’s request and make their vision a reality.
